Women & Children Legal Research Foundation (WCLRF) was established in March 2003. WCLRF is focused in the area of research, advocacy and awareness raising with the aim of reducing violence against women and improving their skills and knowledge for equal social and political participation both at local and national levels. So far WCLRF’s activities are covering provinces of Kabul, Parwan, Balkh, Badakhshan, Herat, Kandahar and Nangarhar both urban and rural area and planning to expand its presence in other provinces of the country. WCLRF has its main office in Kabul and have two small offices in Balkh and Nangarhar.
This particular announcement is to recruit one Consultant for a development manual on sexual gender based violence S(GBV) and role of police on addressing the GBV and S(GBV) cases. The consultant should have knowledge of law and social sciences and experience of manual development. He/she will work closely with the organization’s senior management staff and report to the Organization’s management. Design outline for the manual and send to the WCLRF for approval. Developing manual for reviewing and finalized manual will be sent to the WCLRF. Prepare the training plan with its methodology and at the end presenting the manual.
