Organization Relief Organization of Afghanistan (ROA)

Founded in 2017, Relief Organization of Afghanistan (ROA) is an Afghan-Non-Government Organization (NGO) registered with the Ministry of Economics (MoEc) specializes in quantitative and qualitative data collection/survey services, research design, management, and implementation of large-scale humanitarian projects, particularly pertaining to community resilience and livelihood projects for more than five years in Afghanistan. ROA has been working to cooperate and assist the most vulnerable Afghans through implementation of humanitarian projects almost across the provinces of Afghanistan. ROA has been founded as a non-profitable, non-Government and non-Political Organization operates to secure and protect the most destitute and war-torn inhabitants of Afghanistan. Given this, ROA has the relevant knowledge, experience, and engagements in designing and leading large-scale evaluation of development projects in Afghanistan, especially in the remote areas and districts.
