The main duty of Ministry of Repatriation and Refugees (MORR) are:

Increase the number of settlements from 5 towns to 5 towns and increase the residential scores from 1 to 5 and distribute them to the needy at the center and in the provinces by the commissioners.
Identify skilled migrants and returnees in Iran, Pakistan and other countries and provide them with employment opportunities in residential areas.
