The Independent Body of Local Authorities, established by Decree No. (1047) of September  28, 2007, nIs responsible  forn leading local  governmentn affairs, enforcing laws and regulations, implementing programs,  and conducting official  and business affairs.  The relevant n departments,  in 34 provinces, and all  374 formal and informal districts and and all  153 municipalities will be cohesive and  coordinated
