Independent Administrative Reform Civil Service Commission

The Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission, in accordance with the Bonn Agreement, Article (50) of the Constitution and based on Decree No. (257) dated 23/03/2002 of the Interim Administration of Afghanistan for Administrative Reform Leadership, Regulation and Policy Plan on Administrative System Reform Public and oversight of its implementation has been established.
