About Us

The Conflict Mitigation Assistance for Civilians (COMAC) program, implemented by Blumont Global Development, Inc. provides comprehensive victims’ assistance (VA) to Afghan families affected by conflict. The program operates in all 34 provinces of Afghanistan. Apart from providing VA, the program also assists in building the capacity of the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GIRoA) to conduct VA services, and works with its GIRoA partner, State Ministry of Martyrs and Disabled Affairs (MMD) to provide advocacy and outreach activities that increase awareness among government personnel and members of the public regarding VA services and rights.
