·         Thernregional engineers will assist in resolving the EQRA construction projectrnissues relevant to MoE and approving location changes/ design changes exceedingrn25% of Estimated Cost

·       Coordination andrnattendance in missions and technical meetings: this includes Technicalrnrepresentation of MoE-ISD in working group, and organizing Regularrncoordination events and meetings with MRRD, MUDL and other stakeholders atrnoperational level during planning, design, and implementation ofrnconstruction projects and troubleshooting the issues and bottlenecks as thesernarise

·       Conduct Schoolrnmapping: It is a process of identifying current inadequacies in distributionrnand of providing appropriate types and patterns of school building byrndiagnosing the existing situation, and projecting the future requirements.

·       Handling thernconstruction related grievances with close collaboration of MRRD. The RegionalrnEngineer will make sure both social safeguard and environmental issues arernresolved. He will be part of provincial GRM committees to address therngrievances at provincial level during the construction stage.

·       Follow up on therndeviations noted by the Third Party Monitor appointed time to time by the Bankrnor any other development partner and ensure that these are mitigated in timelyrnmanner.
