Job Description:
Duties & Responsibilities :
Greet and escort guests to their tables.
Present menu and provide detailed information when asked.
Prepare tables by setting up linens, napkin and glasses.
Inform guests about the day’s specials.
Offer menu recommendations upon request.
Up-sell additional products when appropriate.
Take accurate food and drink orders.
Communicate order details to the Kitchen staff.
Serve food and drink orders.
Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems.
Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area.
Deliver checks and collect bill payments.
Carry dirty plates, glasses and napkins for cleaning.
Meet with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service specifications for reservations.
Follow all relevant health department regulations.
Provide excellent service to guests.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications :
School/ College Certificate is required.
Maximum two years working experience.
Must present a well-groomed appearance.
Must have the National and International food knowledge.
Must be able to work in any shift and long hours when necessary.
Language requirements: Dari, Pashto and English is highly consider.
