Sediqi Security Services (SSS) is operating in Afghanistan since 2006 with the authorization of the Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan (GoIRA). Licensed by Ministry of Interior (MoI) and Ministry of Commerce (MoC) in Afghanistan, SSS is an ANSI/ASIS PSC.1:2012, ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 18788:2015 certified security firm, providing security services at par with international standards. SSS is a member of the International Code of Conduct Association (ICoCA) and the International Stability Operations Associations (ISOA). Job Description:

Key Accountabilities:

Monitor all Villa and HQ operations daily.
Respond promptly to resident’s calls.
Report any malfunctioning system(s) either directly in the Villa / HQ or adjacent to it that will have a negative impact on operational performance.
Be in a close communication with all residents addressing any Villa needs. (The Villa and HQ coordinator will not run personal errands for anybody unless expressly instructed to by the Logistics manager or the CEO)
The welfare of any SSS staff when deployed on a project in Kabul.
Walk through each room daily to identify problems and conduct preventative maintenance where required to ensure safety, hygiene and functionality are optimal.
Meeting the expats once a week (every Saturday) to identify in advance any authorized requests, concerns or upcoming events that require logistical support and input.
Meet the Villa and HQ staff once a week providing leadership and daily performance guidance.
Provide SSS expats progress reports of any work in progress and tentative completion dates/times.
Maintain SSS Villa and HQ equipment
Report all the incidents to the logistics manager immediately either in or around the Villa and HQ.
Any other assignment given by his supervisor

Proficiency in executing daily Villa and HQ functions.

Ensure housekeeping is maintained at an optimal level to include hygiene and safety.
Immediately report any damaged, broken, or other malfunctioning systems or entities
Required education (minimum):

High School or demonstrated equivalency.
Preferred university qualifications

Required Computer Skills:

Possess strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Excel
Internet Explorer

Required Skills:

Excellent communication and listening skills.
Good writing skills
Read and write functional English.
Good customer service skills
