About Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance:
Coordination of Humanitarian Assistance (CHA) is a non-profit organization established in 1987 by a team of Afghan volunteers, registered with the Ministry of Economy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. CHA is a multi-sectoral organization implementing Health & Nutrition, Education, Agriculture, Rural Development / Social Protection and Disaster Risk Reduction projects in different provinces of the country.
Currently, CHA looking for qualified candidates for the position of Social organizer in Samangan and Badghis provinces to ensure the sufficient implementation of the project in the relevant provinces.
Identification of beneficiaries based on the project criteria.
Conducting selection of beneficiaries with close coordination of CDCs in target areas.
Participation in workshops and training which will be conducted by master trainer or donor.
Conducting training to beneficiaries in agriculture and animal husbandry-related topics.
Coordination of trainees and organizing of training for beneficiaries.
Conducting coordination meetings with CDCs and line departments at the district level.
Active participation in distribution inputs to beneficiaries.
Being in regular coordination with project monitoring officer and focal point.
Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture.
Good communication skills.
Advanced computer skills in Word processing, Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity/experience with other software packages and systems. Local applicants from the mention districts will be preferred Fluency in both oral and written English and Pashto/Dari.
