Job Description:
- Performing the below tasks,
- Receiving all sales reports from all Roshan central and regional shops for dealers, Corporate, Franchises, Kiosks, Distributors, and PCOs and updating the sales reports in the Finance Master File for finance daily sales reporting.
- Processing the sales orders of Regional Dealers, Corporate, Retails, Distributors, Franchises, Kiosks & PCOs in order to allow for dispatch from the warehouse.
- Converting the packed Sales orders of Regional Dealers, Corporate, retail, Distributors, Franchises, Kiosks & PCO into invoices in accounting software AX.
- Reconciliation of Sales vs. Cash.
- Reconciliation of E Top up of Roshan central and regional Retail Shops.
- Applying Cash receipts with the sales invoices.
- Checking and applying of Credit note letters vs. Sales invoices processed against bonuses.
- Sending Trade discounts to Taxation on monthly basis for PRT calculation.
- Performing the return process with the community.
- Sending upfront Commission to Sales operation for monthly commission accrual.
- Performing tradable inventory count practice on monthly basis.
- Archiving contracts of the dealers, distributors, kiosks, and franchises.
- Analyzing and processing the FOC orders.
- Any other tasks assigned by line manager
