Job Description:
- گزارش وقایع غیرعادی واتفاقات امنیتی عندالموقع به مسئول بخش امنیتی
- حاضربودن درساحه کار دراوقات معینه
- حفظ و مراقبت از دروازه های دفتر و كنترول دقيق رفت و آمد مراجعین از دفتر
- راجستر نمودن تمام مراجعین و صدوركارت براي هر فرد
- استفاده درست و مناسب از مبایل و مخابره در دست داشته
- همكاري با صفاكاران در جهت پاك نگهداشتن محيط دفتر
- رعايت قوانين اسلامي، اخلاقي و اجتماعي
- نظارت از ساحه پارکنک خارج از دفتر
- نگهداری از تمام تجهیزات دفتر
- کمک به تمیز نگه داشتن اتاق ها و صحن دفتر
- محرمانه نگهداشتن مسایل محرم در داخل و خارج از دفتر
- حفظ امنیت، تمیزکاری و مراقبت از جنراتور در زمان ضرورت
- بررسی سیستم برق جنراتور، جعبه فیوز و تمامی سیستم کار جنراتور به طور مداوم
- برسی و اطمینان از داشتن سوخت کافی و ابزار اضافی به صورت مداوم
- اجرای سایر وظایف حسب لزوم دید مسول امنیت
Job Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluent in Dari and Pashto
Technical Skills: At least 3-5 Years of relevant work experience.
Team work: Ability to work in a team, often under stressful conditions, with both International and national staff.
Communication: Excellent communication skills, Having excellent verbal translation skills Dari and Pashto.
Education: School Graduated
Personal Skills:
Ability to work efficiently in situations where tasks and circumstances change and to be flexible and adaptable both in terms working hours and environment.
Cultural Skills: Ability to work with persons from differing countries and cultural backgrounds.
Personal Attributes: Politeness, Pleasant and Friendly disposition, Attention to detail, Initiative, Punctuality, Honesty, Diligence.
Additional Attributes: Keep under all circumstances a professional working attitude
