Sales Manager will supervise the whole sales activities in the entire assigned regions for indirect sales.

Registering M-paisa Agents & promoting customers
Implementing daily, weekly and monthly plans in the regions by the Indirect Sales Management.
To achieve the goals & objectives based on given budgeted targets and Business plans.
Utilization of the regional sales force (Roshan Sales team & Distributor sales Team) for the purpose of better results, staff performance should be efficient and effective.
Availability of Roshan products and merchandizing materials in Regions.
Implementation of geographical territory assigned for authorized distributor & sales force.
Capability building development programs for Sales staff & identified channels to share their knowledge about Roshan business, products, services and social program & benefits as well as improving of their skills for growth of Roshan businesses in the regional market.
Reporting about competitors’ activities, products, promotions and their future plans, and updating the Sales Management about the same in a timely manner.
Gathering information form the market, analyzing the information and regularly sending of the information and reports to Sales Management.
SM supports all cross functional departments (products, Region, Ware house, Finance and Technology) within the assigned regions.
Able to travel to provinces.

10 years of proven professional experience in sales with multinational companies in managerial /supervisor position.
