IIT is looking for qualified, experienced, energetic, and passionate sales executives to join our growing team. The individual will be responsible for sales and marketing of IIT products in the local market and put their effort and skill to increase sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media, and referrals
- Direct and coordinate company sales and marketing functions.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections to Customer Support.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and improve sales volume.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with sales manager.
- Frequently conduct market analysis and research, competitor profiling and SWOT analysis.
- Meet monthly sales targets.
- Directly reporting to Sales Manager.
- High School Graduate with proven experience working Sales/Marketing in local market.
- Working experience in Market Promotion projects preferably related to technology products and services.
- Have experience in Mobile Topup, Simcard Distribution and Telecom VAS is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills, with excellent written and spoken English, Pashtu and Dari.
- Computer Skills specially with MS Office and Internet.
