Behter is working for Agent Banking, Cash Distribution, Money Gram, Scratch Credit Cards, Top-Ups, and other

For the time being they are in the process to launch a business development and therefore they are in need to recruit
a business development manager, Sales, and marketing manager for its national office in Kabul.
Role and Responsibilities:
Promoting the company’s existing brands, and products and introducing new products to the market.
Continually assess company marketing techniques and their efficacy in affecting sales.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to assess current projections.
Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
Implementing new sales plans and advertising.
Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and
marketing human resource objectives.
Increasing the company sales and achieving the company targets on monthly and weekly bases.
Increasing the customer base for the exits and new products.
Recognizing and analyzing customer demands for new products.
Maintain excellent relationships with exist and new retailer channels by providing sufficient business
traffic by introducing sub-retailers and other channels.
Maintaining relationships with important clients and retailers by making regular visits, understanding
their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops,
reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
Own ultimate responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to creatively reach more potential customers.
Develop strategies and tactics to get the telecom companies and drive their qualified traffic to our front
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
Produce valuable and engaging content for company website and blog that attracts and converts our

Prepare and monitor the digital marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds
Oversee marketing material, from website banners to hard-copy brochures and case studies.
Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
Take calculated risks to increase profitability and brand recognition.

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field Master Degree preferred.
5 – 7 years’ experience in sales and marketing.
Experience in management may be advantageous.
Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
Computer Knowledge in Excel, Word, Power Point and outlook email communication.
Self-motivated, flexible and able to work with negligible supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
