Job summary  

Operations manager is crucial part of a management, which do high – level jobs for administration they improve organizational processes and also to beast quality, efficiency, productivity.

They are also called as a COO or chief operating officer.


Duties and Responsibilities


  • Promotion yearly plan of the start every year
  • Develop plans and action and jobs to all managers
  • Works with the plans
  • Develop the project based action plans and help with project manager
  • Control all activities which are related to projects, prepare a useful agenda.
  • Make guidance as waned by the Executive Director for the activities including volunteer coordination, outreach and partnerships promotion, marketing and public relations
  • Promotion relations between various partner organizations
  • Find supporter for the emergency condition
  • Show proposals for appear in consultation with Executive Director
  • Submit and finalize yearly project reports to donors
  • Probability project risk , logical frameworks and timeline for the yearly project and gave to  d0nors
Administrative line of jobs   
  • Promotion budget plans of the project and program
  • Chick the tasks and jobs of Finance/ Admin unit
  • Make accurate expenses sheet
  • Chick and review monthly expenditures of the organization sure that with the approved budget
  • Measuring the cost of purchasing and estimations for purchases
  • Ensure that all financial transactions are conducted in accordance with the policy and the will of the partners in accordance with the law
  • To increase capacity assisting financial management


Mentoring additional responsibilities and communication  
  • Creating a work environment for all employees, Serves as supervisor, trainer and mentor for employees
  • Assists in the recruitment process for the organization
  • Assist the CEO in developing the organization’s policies, procedures, code of conduct and other necessary guidelines.
  • Suggests and creates other systems for proper functioning of the organization’s staff such as reporting system and so on.
  • Ensuring that major performance and achievements are forwarded to the President
  • Assist in the development of information sharing systems to handle major organizational issues

Applicants must have the below qualifications

  • Good skills of communication in Pashto, Dari, English
  • Work experience at least 5 years in managerial section
  • Project managing experience for social (non-profit) organizations
  • Good knowledge of oversight and supervision
  • Good English writing skills
  • ability to learn and interest
  • ability to grow in a fast-paced activity environment
