Maktab24.online enrolls Afghan children outside Afghanistan at Virtual Classes to speak Dari/Pashto and get various Afghani Educational support courses that matters to Afghan families abroad. Experienced teachers from Afghanistan will conduct 1-to-1 life sessions throw online platforms (ZOOM). Native language practice-courses, religious teachings and other improvement educational courses will be provided through online video lessons via Maktab24.online’s website & APP.
We need to hire English teachers who have sufficient teaching experience in primary and secondary schools. Our hired teachers will connect to students ONLINE to provide a number of school support Afghani educational courses.
Duties & Responsibilities
1- Lesson Planning: prepare lesson plans and instructional materials based on the curriculum or the nneds of your students, this involves selecting appropriate teaching resources, such as texbooks, worksheets, online tools, or mutiedia materials,
2- Teaching English Skills: teach various aspects of the English language, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking. Help students improve their vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and comprehension skills through interactive activities. and exercises.
3- Conducting Live Classes: Conduct online classes using video conferencing tools or virtual classrooms. Deliver engaging and interactive lessons, facilitate discussions, and provide guidance and feedback to students.
4- Individualized Instruction: Assess students’ language abilities and tailor instruction to meet their specific needs. Provide personalized feedback, address areas of improvement, and offer additional support or resources when necessary.
5- Assigning and Grading Assignments: Assign homework, essays, or other tasks to reinforce learning and assess students’ progress. Evaluate and grade assignments promptly, providing constructive feedback to help students improve their English skills.
6- Monitoring Progress: Track and monitor students’ progress and performance regularly. Identify areas where students are struggling and implement strategies to address their individual needs effectively.
7- Communication with Students and Parents: Maintain regular communication with students and their parents or guardians. Provide updates on progress, discuss any concerns or challenges, and address any queries or feedback they may have.
8- Technology Integration: Utilize technology effectively in online teaching, such as interactive whiteboards, educational apps, online language learning platforms, and digital resources. Familiarize yourself with the tools and platforms commonly used for online instruction.
9- Classroom Management: Create a positive and supportive online learning environment. Establish rules and expectations for behavior and participation, manage student interactions, and address any issues or disruptions that may arise during class.
10- Professional Development: Stay updated with current trends and developments in English language teaching. Engage in professional development activities, such as attending webinars, workshops, or conferences, and continuously improve your teaching skills and knowledge.
