Job Description:

This role reports to both the provincial coordinator and to humanitarian access & security manager of the office. We expect this role to monitor and surveillance of the office equipment, assets, goods and other necessary office items. The post holder should be alert, smart and responsive to any losses and damages of the office equipment.

We expect this role to check all the clients and external people who come to meet and visit the project staff and do not let anyone without a security check and without prior notification. The post holder is advised to report any suspicious case to his line manager and security department and take timely action.

Generic Responsibilities:

Adhere to all Street Child’s policies and procedures.

Commitment to street child’s safeguarding and protection policy.

Being able to look after of the office equipment.

Register any external visitor who wishes and intends to come to the provincial office.

Specific Responsibilities:

Monitoring and surveillance of office equipment.

Inspecting buildings, equipment, access points and permitting entry.

Obtaining help by sounding alarms.

Prevents losses and damages by reporting irregularities.

Informing violators of policy and procedures.

Able to cook various dishes.

Keeping the kitchen clean and consider hygiene issues.

Any other relevant task given by line manager.

Monitoring and surveillance of office equipment.

Inspecting buildings, equipment, access points and permitting entry.

Job Requirements:

Experience and knowledge:

High School Gradute.

At least two or three years of work experience in NGOs or INGOs.

Have worked previously in the similar jobs.

Skills and abilities:

Guarding

Cleaning

Monitoring and surveillance of the office

Being smart and alert

Able to deal and treat well with people

Other:

Ability to work under harsh conditions

Able to work committedly
