Job Summary:

Yellow point agent will be responsible to handle MTN sales activities and maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To response promptly to customer inquiries.
  • To acknowledge and resolving customer complaints.
  • Have full knowledge of MTNA P&S to be able to respond to customers regarding GSM and MoMo.
  • Process SIM Swap requests from customers to support team and following up till resolved.
  • Process SIM registration, contract change, owner change, PIN Code and PUK Code requests as per process and following up till done.
  • To keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • To communicate and coordinating with field team and support team as necessary.
  • To provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Report any competition activity as observed in market such as new offers and marketing activities
  • To ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • To acquire new customers for GSM and MoMo and briefing them about all product and services.
  • Fill all required documents for GSM and MoMo new Acquisition for successful registration in a very appropriate manner as recommended by the regulator.
  • To provide Services to customers including but are not limited to below:
  • o  Airtime sales (Voucher Card and EVD)
  • o  GSM New Acquisition
  • o  Bundle Selling
  • o  Bundle Subscription
  • o  MoMo New Acquisition
  • o  Training on MoMo Transaction and self service
  • o  Providing information about bundles and offers
  • o  Device sales
  • o  SIM Swap request process
  • o  Owner change and Contract change requests
  • o  Damage voucher requests
  • o  Registering customer complaints about offers and bundles
  • o  Registering customer complaints about network issues
  • o  Customer Re-registration
  • Proper record keeping of all activities and transactions.
  • Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • o  Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
  • o  Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • o  Generate sales leads.
  • o  Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • o  Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication

Job Requirement:

  • At high school graduate, general education or equivalent (Bachelor preferred) .
  • 1-2 years of work experience dealing directly with customers.
  • Must be fluent in Dari, Pashto and English
  • Must be able to work in M.S Office Package programs (Word, Excel and Power point)
  • Must have good marketing skill

  • Good communication skills complimented by a professional and respectful attitude and a problem-solving aptitude; creative thinking and the ability to work under pressure and in a stressful program environment.
