Job Description:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee daily, weekly, and Monthly commercial reports
  • Oversee ad-hoc reports requested by the product team
  • Reviewing product performance on regular basis and sharing recommendations with the product team
  • Making daily and weekly budget and reviewing revenue against the budget on daily basis

Strategic Reporting (60%)

  • Overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly regular revenue reports and providing feedback/recommendations for the team to make the revenue performance better
  • Forecasting revenue for the month and quarter
  • Generating reports on customers behavior, revenue and product trends
  • Understanding business transformation and importance to future pricing
  • Work closely with user departments to understand their requirements (new/ ad-hoc) reporting requirements.
  • Supporting business intelligence responsibility and supporting all marketing verticals for reporting, performance tracking
  • Business Reporting across all Commercial KPIs (Revenues, Traffic, Count, Customers, PPM, PPMB, ER, ARPU, UUs, et al)
  • Daily , Weekly, and Monthly market analysis/reporting that highlights customer behavior
  • Initiate, coordinate and complete performance tracking of budgets and forecast vs actuals for overall commercial business KPIs and products.
  • Accurately calculate and manage overall Market Share KPIs; Customer, Revenue, Traffic, Profitability, Competitive, and Global

Product & Promotion – in depth analysis (40%)

  • Trend analysis and data in depth segmentation analysis on consumer market
  • Understanding root cause of all usage and KPI’s trends
  • Pre and Post Analysis of products/promotions
  • Product and promotions success and infirmity measurement
  • Providing recommendations and action plan for the next steps
  • Finding new and efficient perspective of looking at the data

 

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

 

BBA or B.Com

 

EXPERINCES

  • 5 to 7 years of similar experience.

 

 

SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

  • Some experience with SQL or data mining preferred
  • Some programming experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-start and team player
  • Ability to work with little explicit direction
  • Self-starter
  • Excellent written and spoken English

 

IT KNOWLEDGE

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience in programming skills / data mining / business intelligence
