ACTED is working in 14 north, north eastern and East & West provinces of Afghanistan. These provinces are affected by natural and man-made disasters. ACTED is providing relief and emergency assistance to the vulnerable population affected by displacements, conflicts or natural disasters, in the field of agriculture, NFI, shelters, WASH and food security

Job Description:

Job Summary:

ACTED Afghanistan is seeking expressions of interest from highly qualified and experienced Afghan Nationals for the multi-year funded project for the following positions based in Afghanistan in different provinces.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

•    Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline or field; advanced degree preferred
•    3-5 or more years of work experience in program design, project development, advisory services, or activity implementation relevant to the technical or operational areas identified above
•    Fluency in English; Dari or Pashto fluency a plus
•    Prior experience managing teams in activity planning and implementation or working productively on a team
•    Knowledge of French NGO regulations and policies for contractors preferred
•    Experience in the region; and local communities are plus factors
