Duties & Responsibilities

1.      Sales officer

Duties & Responsibilities

·        visiting companies for sales purposes face to face.

·        Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to their existing customers.

·        Sales company services to corporate customers.

·        Develop and implement special sales activities.

·        understand customer’s business and suggest internet service and turnkey solutions to meet their needs.

·        Visiting calling and E-mailing potential customers to explain company products and encourage purchases.

2.      ISP Technicians

Duties & Responsibilities:

·        visit the customers’ sites for maintenance, installation and repairing of equipment’s.

·        responsible for installation, maintenance of P2P devices (UBNT& Mikrotik ).

·        Understanding of network protocols, hardware, and software.

·        Experience in networking, internet service delivery, or a similar sector is preferred.

3.      Help Desk Support Officer Shift Night.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Monitoring Customers.

·        Customer Call Service – responding to customer calls.

·        Feed Back to customer.

·        Solving Customer side issue by visiting the site if needed.

·        Customer Link Troubleshooting.

·        Responding to customer emails and sending any notification emails to clients.

4.      Network officer.

Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Install, monitor and maintain computer systems and networks.

·        Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.

·        Installations, troubleshooting, and maintaining all P2P systems in central or remote sites to ensure that they are working properly.

Job Requirements

 Sales officer

·        High School Graduate

·        · Proven experience as a sales officer

·        · Excellent knowledge of MS Office.

·        · Excellent knowledge of the English Language

·        · Creativity and commercial awareness

·        · Should be hardworking Sincere Honest Dedicated and Self achiever

·        · A team player with a customer-oriented approach

·        · Familiar with Kabul geographical map.

·        · Able to work under pressure.

·        · Essential technical information on ISP services.

·        · Self-motivated with an ability to achieve 100% targets.

  ISP Technicians

At least 1 year of professional experience in ISP network platform

Enough knowledge of Mikrotik CCR configurations

Professional knowledge of Cacti / MRTG graph implementation

Enough knowledge with SNMP

Enough knowledge of Point to point devices, Ubiquiti /Mikrotik

Ensure network connectivity throughout a company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure.

Help Desk Support Officer Shift Night.

Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role

·Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases, and remote control

·        Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

·        Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues

·        Proficiency in Dari, Pashto and English

·        Excellent email communication skills

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Customer-oriented and cool-tempered.

Network officer.

·        2 years of experience in the Information Technology field.

·        Experience in PC support, remote communications, LAN/WLAN/WAN.

·        Excellent Technical skills and knowledge of Information Technology Networks particularly Juniper, Cisco, Ubiquiti, and MikroTik switches, routers, and access points.

·        Knowledge of wireless LAN infrastructure – Wireless APs (802.11x) and experience managing wireless end-user devices.

·        Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, good negotiation and organizational skills.
