MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To ensure trouble shooting of SME links within approved SLA
• Installation and configuration of P2P links
• Installation of different types of invertors
• Conducting PM of all equipment related to SME links
• Installation and configuration of P2MP links
• Installation and configuration of all types of Wi-Fi Routers
• Relocation and reconfiguration of P2P and P2MP links
• Removal of P2P and P2MP SME links
•  Reporting to SME Field Team Leader
• Proper follow up with SME costumer and other stick-holders
• Have proper training/ability of climbing tower.
• Providing all active and passive equipment inventory.
• Documenting sites all equipment.
• Following with logistics for all transportation for sites equipment.
• Collecting extras spare parts from site hand over to wear house.
• Contributing with audit and WH team in each inventory
• Implementing SOP
• Preparing RGMs for removed sites and following with Logistic team.
• Identifying the obsolete equipment in inventory for logistic team.
• Coordinating with Roshan NOC for any outages.
• Supervising all outage during on call and daily task.
• 24/7 on alert for any outage in area.

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:

• BCs in computer since/Electronics or similar

EXPERIENCES

• One Years’ experience in ISP
• One year experience in P2P/P2MP (UBNT, Mikrotik) and Wi Fi Routers installation and trouble shooting.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCES 

• Have ability to install, configure and trouble shoot UBNT, Mikrotik and Wi Fi Routers.
• Highly motivated individual and good team player.
• Can work independently with little supervision.

• Documentation of processes and enforcement of discipline.
• Work under high pressure.
• Basic financial understanding.
