About AWEC:

AWEC is a non-political, non-profit, woman-headed national organization established in 1991 by a group of educated Afghan women in exile, who rallied together to address the lack of facilities for Afghan refugees in Islamabad and eventually Peshawar, in Pakistan. AWEC has always been involved in advocacy and awareness-raising for women and children’s rights while providing services to those who frequently fall through safety nets. In recent years, one of AWEC’s core activities has been to support women through mobilizing Afghans, from local communities to political elites, towards the goal of reducing and eventually eliminating violence against women.

Our vision in AWEC is “an inclusive and just society with sensitized and responsive public and private sector, where all women and children have access to opportunities to improve their quality of life in order to realize their full potential”.

Job Description:

Position Objective

The incumbent of this position under supervision of Program Manager will assist Trainers/Teachers in capacity building and carrying relevant administrative tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparation of Education and Vocational training classes in the targeted location
  • Conduct Meetings with MOE officials in order to discuss & solve project related issues
  • Conduct training/workshops to the project team and beneficiaries including teachers, school principals, shura members, youth and etc
  • Assist the project team in organizing campaigns, workshops, etc
  • Conduct meetings with the relevant government authorities as per project need
  • Obtain reports of teachers & deliver it to the main office/provincial office
  • Monitor/observe the Education class and teaching methodology
  • Assist the monitoring team for conducting filed visits at the provincial level
  • Provide guidance to the teachers regarding their roles & responsibilities in the trainings
  • Coordinate with the local authorities &host communities for establishing CBE and ALP classes in the targeted locations
  • Prepare teaching and examination schedules for the Education classes
  • Ensure on time delivery of training materials to the participants
  • Facilitate micro-teaching for teachers (if required)
  • To perform other duties as requested.

مسئولیت کلی:

آموزگار مدنی تحت نظر مسئولپروژه کار نموده و در مسایل ظرفیت پروری و انسجام مسایل اداری با دفتر،مربیان و معلمان همکاری می نماید.

مسئولیت های خاص:

  • همکاری در تهیه مراکز آموزشی تعلیمی و حرفوی
  • برنامه ریزی و تدویر جلسات با شورا ها، کارکنان دولت و اعضای اجتماع جهت راه اندازی و تطبیق مناسب پروژه
  • اخذ تریننگ ها و ورکشاپ های مرتبط به پروژه
  • ارایه تریننگ ها و ورکشاپ های لازمیبه مستفیدین پروژه چون معلمان، شورا ها و جوانان
  • همکاری در تدویر کمپاین ها، ورکشاپ ها و برنامه های تعلیمی، سپورتی و غیره
  • اخذ و انسجام راپور های کاری معلمان و ارایه آن به دفترولایتی
  • نظارت/ مشاهدهاز روند تدریس معلمان در مراکز آموزشی
  • همکاری دربرنامه های نظارتی مسئولین ولایتی پروژه
  • همکاری در جلب حمایت شورا ها و ساکنین محل مراکز آموزشی
  • همکاری در تهیه تقسیم اوقات درسی و تقسیم اوقات امتحانات در مراکز آموزشی
  • مطمین ساختن از رسیدن مواد به مستفیدین پروژه به وقت و زمان معین
  • تدریس نمونوی برای معلمین در صورت ضرورت
  • رهنمایی و انجام امور اداری در امتحانات و روز های درسی
  • همکاری در برنامه های خاص دفتری در تمام ساحات تطبیق پروژه که از طرف مسئولین دفتر مرکزی/ ولایتی پلان می شود

Job Requirements:

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor Degree in Social Science/Public Administration

Experience& Skills:  

  • Bachelor Degree in Social Science/Public Administration
  • At least 3 to 4 years relevant work experience
  • Fluency in written and spoken Dari and Pashto languages
  • Familiar with computer and office packages
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, innovative and team worker
  • Familiar with planning, and prioritizing tasks
  • Honest, active and well mannered.
  • حد اقل مدرک لسانس در رشته های علوم اجتماعیو یا اداره عامه
  • حد اقل سه الی چهار سال تجربه کاری در بخش مربوطه
  • داشتن مهارت در زبانهای دری، پشتو و انگلیسیو پروگرام های کمپیوتر و انترنت
  • داشتن مهارت در بسته های کمپیوتر (ورد، اکسل) و انترنت
  • مهارت های نوآوری، اجتماعی، ارتباطیو کار کردن در تیم
  • مهارت در پلان گذاری و اولویت دادن کارها
  • صادق، فعال و باهوش
