Job Description:

Processing and reviewing employment applications in order to evaluate the qualifications or eligibility of applicants;
Coordinating interviews with line department with shortlisted candidates;
Explaining personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to job applicants for shortlisted candidates;
Preparing and sending offer letters;
Conducting reference checks for new employees, writing cover letter;
Coordinating employees’ joining
Giving induction for new employees, preparing welcome messages
Coordinating with the insurance company for insurance enrollment;
Tracking the contract expiry, preparing contracts,  contract addendum, and all kind of letters;
Tracking employees’ probation and sending notification to their supervisors;
Enter employee’s information in ERP systems and preparing their payroll;
Tracking expat employees’ leave records;
Preparing and maintaining a job description database for all existing and open positions;
Coordinating with external and internal Auditors, providing data;
Hard & Soft filing.

Editing JDs and announcing them internationally through website;Liaising with recruitment firms in order to obtain resumes for all open positions;

Doing reference checks for expatriate employees

Focal point of expatriate employees on all HR related matters
Internal Communication

 

Overall managing, coordinating and executing of internal communication activities;
Developing the monthly and newsletters and announcements
Developing of the annual Human Resources Magazine;
Managing employees’ awards.

Ensuring that certificates are delivered on time.
Ensuring that there is always enough stock for the service awards.

Job Requirements:

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

 

Experience and Education Required:

Education/Training:  High School Diploma & Good knowledge of English & HR functions

The ideal candidate MUST have a certification in English language and should be able to speak fluent English as the core customers are expatriate staff.

 

EXPERINCES

 

3 years of work experience in a similar position

 

 

SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

Ability to operate a personal computer; knowledge of the databases and spreadsheet programs utilized by the Company;
Skills in updating job descriptions and preparing job announcements and advertisements;
Ability to carry out assigned projects to their completion; ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing; ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with applicants, employees, ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information;
Ability to listen and ascertain the needs of employees; ability to find and communicate accurate information concerning process, policies and procedures to customers; ability to respond to customers tactfully and courteously;
Ability to safeguard and protect highly confidential information.
