Behtar is a private for-profit company which has started its operation in Afghanistan in 2004 in the Telecommunication and financial sector. For the time being, this company has 18 official breaches in Kabul, Mazar,

Behter is working for Agent Banking, Cash Distribution,Money Gram, Scratch Credit Cards, Top-Ups and other

For the time being they are in the process to launch a business development and therefore they are in need to recruit
a business development manager, Sales and marketing manager for its national office in Kabul.
Develop of business plans for the short-term spin-off of the established Behtar Company and the launch
of a new Behtar Business service, in close cooperation with Afghan business development staff and
Develop and implement a plan to build capacity within the Behtar business development unit, with the
aim of Afghan staff leading business development within yearly plan.
Lead/mentor donor/partner/business liaison and proposal development to ensure that Behtar revenue
levels are maintained during the local capacity building process.
Develop and implement a business development training/mentoring plan for supporting the company and
Develop and maintain a clear understanding of the media business development environment in
Afghanistan, assist Behtar partners to adapt to changing conditions, and identify new opportunities in
traditional, new media and development
Oversee unit staff (who work closely with Behtar, and its partners) to ensure that production, broadcast,
monitoring and revenue distribution systems function to a high standard.
Contribute to the development of project proposals and initiate and lead the development of special
business development projects (within the mentoring framework).
Provide regular reports to the management and ensure that business development unit activity is
consistent with internal policies.
Make sure to writing proposals for the new business and project.
