Identify new business prospects exploring various relevant websites and reaching out to potential future clients via email and phone
Draft proposal and quotation for new and existing Clients/Projects based on RFPs/RFQs
Act as a HQ focal point for various sites (exchange emails, respond to queries, and amend contracts…)
Promote the company using specific marking tools such as website, Facebook page, LinkedIn, SSS calendar, company profile, brochure, mass marketing emails and in person meetings with interested parties
Manage all marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the firm
Establish, implement and report on appropriate milestones and metrics in support of the company’s marketing strategies and plans
Manage and maintain all project pipelines and keep track of all current quotations, proposals and clients
Conduct client satisfaction surveys through client satisfaction questionnaire/analysis tool
Ensure client satisfaction through 24/7 communication, address complaints, problems and contractual requirements
Maintaining a clean and enjoyable working environment
Handling external or internal communication
Organizing, arranging/coordinating meetings and taking the weekly meeting minutes
Draft, prepare and finalize daily official correspondence, emails and letters
Any other duties assigned by her supervisor
Graduate degree Social Sciences, Statistics, Business Administration, or related studies is required. A post graduate degree in a related field is highly desirable.
3 years relevant experience.
Advanced knowledge of spoken and written English.
Advanced computer skills in basic office programs (Word, Excel, and Power Point).
Experience in Proposal writing
