Job Summary
Assisting the day-to-day financial activities and financial records.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Update financial records.
· Enter financial data into QuickBooks.
· Ensure that the hard copies of all financial transactions are accurate.
· Ensure that financial records provide clear documentation and approvals and that internal control procedures are followed.
· Make sure all vouchers are filed properly and kept safe.
· Reconcile the bank statements and bank records on monthly basis.
· Collecting and reviewing data for reports.
· Record all the assets and calculate their depreciation.
· Other tasks may assign by the line manager.
Job Requirements
University graduate in financial subjects.
