About Us

The Afghan Horizon Consultancy Services-AHCS is a consultancy firm registered with Afghanistan Investment Support Agency (AISA) with license No: D-65856.  A team of professional and committed Afghans who have expertise and skills  in the areas of health management, human and Institutional development, Monitoring and Evaluation and Advocacy were inspired by the notion to transfer their learning and expertise to national and international organizations, public and private sector agencies thorough consultancy services. The team considers Human and Institutional Development (HID) approach in the focus of their services and believes that building capacity of Afghan professionals and strengthening Institutional capacity will contribute to sustainable development efforts in the country. The consultants intend to maintain regular communication with clients after completion of the assignment to ensure that clients are able to carry out recommendations, use the tools developed effectively and provide support if required. In addition, we compile clients’ feedback on the quality and effectiveness of our work and approaches in order to improve our quality of work on continuous basis.
