MRCA (Medical Refresher Courses for Afghans) is a health oriented French NGO. Set up in October 1985, MRCA provided Health services within a training hospital for Afghan refugees in Peshawar, Pakistan, from 1986 till 2004. From 1996 MRCA is implementing Health service in different provinces of Afghanistan, management of hospitals, implementation of BPHS midwifery education program training programs and hygiene promotion projects, etc…
