About Afghan Wireless Telecommunication Company

Afghan Wireless Telecommunication Company is the first telecommunications company in Afghanistan with the main goal and motivation to unite Afghanistan.

Afghan Wireless Telecommunication Company was established in 2002 under the auspices of Ehsanullah Bayat, General Manager of the company, with the main desire to establish an Afghan company for the Afghan people.

As the war progressed, Afghanistan struggled to rebuild. The first step was to build a telecommunications infrastructure. The Afghan Wireless Telecommunication Company, backed by the International Telephone System Company (TSI), was extremely interested. It was to show its contribution to these efforts and to work with the difficult situations that Afghanistan was facing. Today, the Afghan Wireless Telecommunications Company is at a higher level than it originally planned.
