ACDEO’s organizational mandate is to promote a better quality of life for Afghan communities, by ensuring their full participation in the development of their own communities.
The major way in which ACDEO has done this is through the Women and Children’s access to mental health support. ACDEO is authorized by the Government of Afghanistan, through MoUs with the Ministry of Public Health and certification from the Ministry of Economy, to address the need of the callers throughout the country.
